1 year after I got married I was searching for wives in my age group that were experiencing similar things and could give me some guidance or advice into this new Marriage world. I was unable to find someone or anyone that could really help me or at that point just sit, listen and pray for and with me but on a level of a 20 something year old. So I created Luvely Wives Club because I wanted there to be a place where wives can go and talk about all areas in their marriage and life and it all be confidential and helpful. I procrastinated so much with LWC because The thought came to me in 2009 and I didn't create anything on paper until 2011, then I slowed up a little.... then started back a little stronger in 2013 then I actually stopped, cut off all of my social media pages and took a break from everything.. Then started back up again in June 2015 STRONG! Different and New.. But still focused on the same mission.
My point is I procrastinated. I allowed everything to stop me and get in my way. I did push forward as aggressive as I could have and I allowed procrastination to win!!! I say to all of you Stop Procrastinating. There could be someone out there that needs to hear from you and really need something that you are offering.
Keep in mind that everything does not revolve around you and you have to look outside of your own self and focus on the need of the people and where you could do well. I LOVE MARRIAGE PERIOD!!! I am an advocate for it and I am an advocate for WOMEN!!! However GOD uses me I want to be used. I can’t wait to see the journey and I can surely tell you already that my journey has been filled.
But I will say this.... If we all team together, nothing could stop us!!! So I encourage all of my sisters to push forward and try your hardest to step into your destiny, step out of your comfort zone, Stop trying to push things off until another day. DO IT TODAY!!! Anything that you may want to do!! DO IT!!! And If I can help, I mean genuinely help!! Reach out to me!!
